Try this bride’s site…she has DIY instructions that I will use as well and she has the template too, but I see you chose yours already (very cute btw).  Hope it helps

You can purchase waterproof label paper! Also… printing with a laser printer on laser paper is “waterproof” … meaning it won’t run. Since our water bottles weren’t ever touching ice/water buckets, we chose to go that route and save ourselves lots of money.

Check out http://www.labelsbythesheet.com/ — you can order waterproof laser and inkjet labels in whatever size you need.

I suggest just printing them on an ink jet printer like Miss Lemon suggested! That is what I am going to try.
