Yay! You're getting so close! A friend of mine is getting married Saturday and as one of her bridesmaids, I spent the weekend sprucing up my house (which people are staying at Thurs and Fri, since it's within a few miles from the salon AND the church!) and organizing recipes since I'm making dessert for the rehearsal dinner and a breakfast casserole for the bridal entourage Saturday morning. I'm making homemade tiramisu and chocolate trifle, so it's not like I can just throw them together, either.
What details are you finishing up? My week-of i was doing programs and organizing all the junk into categories--rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception, so that nothing got forgotten and left behind last minute. Since we provided all the alcohol, centerpieces, etc, we had HUGE piles around the house.
It'll all come together! Ask your family for last minute help or tell them to get out of your way!
Ugh! I don't know if I am ready. I still have to make my ceremony programs, card box, and seating chart. It is going to be a busy busy week!
Somehow I have basically everything done, at least until I get to Michigan on Tuesday night! All that's left to do until then is pack stuff up for Michigan and for our honeymoon.
When I get to MI I have to:
-Put together OOT bags (already have all of the items)
-Put together bathroom baskets (already have this stuff too)
-Package favors (with lots of help from family and friends)
-Last minute vendor meetings
-Haircut/color
I think that's about it! Is anyone else getting a bit nervous and even more so excited? :)
I'm ready! No last minute projects, if it isn't finished, I don't need it! FI and I will pack up the car tomorrow night and head to PA on Wednesday morning. Can't wait to be a Mrs!
I am also a bit nervous but very excited!
I feel like I have a ton left to do but when I try to write a list it ends up being very short!
*Make placecards (yikes!! How could I save this for last minute?!)
*Last minute vendor meetings (our cake lady is a bit of a flake...)
*OOT gues bags
*eyebrows
*mani/pedi
*Hair cut & highlites
I really want to do a candy buffet but my mother is asking me to forget about it. I think I can do it but she thinks I'll drive myself crazy trying to pull it all together :( Here's hoping!
I am getting really excited, work is torture until wednesday when we leave to drive back up to NY! I am only getting a few butterflies today, but def. more excited than nervous!
I'm ready for my ceremony next Sunday except for I need to...
*Get my nails done today
*Spray tan myself
*And hope I don't break out, get hives, or have any other beauty mishaps ;)
And for my reception on the 12th I need to...
*Finish up my centerpieces
*Put together my favor bags
*Pickup my reception dress on the 5th
*Print out programs
*Get my nails filled
*Buy some guestbook pens
*Get some bride & groom toasting flutes
*Get alcohol, wine, etc
*Get a bit more candy and more containers for my candy table
Then I think I'm done. Unless I think of more things which I probably will :P
I am soooooo excited!
I AM READY!! :)
Of course I have a few things to finish up but I am almost done... 5 more days for me, Yippee!! :)
BRING IT ON!

Good morning bees!
With my wedding 6 days away I find myself running around like a crazy person trying to get all of the last minute details finished. OOT family and friends start arriving on Wednesday and I'm saying a little prayer that everything falls into place before then.
What do you all have left to do? What are your top priorities this week? What HAS to get finished and what can you live without at this point?
