Lace bolero jacket opinions needed!

@frenchiemom:  Will your budget accomodate both?

I love the jacket- the scallop on the bottom edge echoes the scalloped lace on your dress. I think it would be perfect to wear for the ceremony, then take the jacket off and add the detachable straps for the reception.

I’m not a huge fan of the jacket, but I think it would be a nice, conservative option for the ceremony. I looove the straps though! You could do both – one for the ceremony, one for the reception (as has been mentioned) since you are opposed to strapless. 🙂

@frenchiemom We actually have similar taste I think.

Usually I see posts for bolero’s because brides want to hide their arms because they are worried about how they look, but I think they just look elegant. Very Grace Kelly. Actually I asked my bridal salon about one and she said “why do you want that?” haha
I’m curious, how does the bolero look tucked into the dress? I ordered a embroidered lace boat neck bolero and i’m thinking of tucking it in if it looks good.

I LOVE the straps, especially the view from the back. Sometimes adding a bit more fabric looks sexier than just skin.
