I think that will be really cute. And if it comes and it looks busy, you can always just return it.
I don't know if it would go together well...Will the ceremony/reception be indoors? If so I think you should be fine with out one on. The dress looks great on you!!
have you think of a silk bolero or a satin one??

this lady make silk bolero by order
if it's possible to get a satin or silk lace bolero i think it would look beautiful!
i don't think a lace bolero would match at all, but satin would look great.
I love you dress!!
I have to agree with some of ladies and say I dont know if a lace one would match but maybe a saton one instead. Honestly though...your day...worst case scenario you get it and have to return it OR you wear it and take it off once in awhile for some variety.
Not very helpful! sorry
I think a bolero with some lace will look nice- just not the whole thing. I think it also depends on how much sleeve you want.
I think its a nice bolero jacket but I don't think it matches the dress.
hey im a bolero expert! lol
im wearing a lace bolero over a lace gown and the over look is absolutely stunning.. timeless, romantic and very sophisticated.. i d absolutely go for a lace bolero..you just need to find the right lace.. i dont think it would look busy at all..your dress doesnt seem to have any beadings at all so you can not go wrong with lace..and honestly i think that wearing a satin bolero would be too much... you'd look like icing, no offenses!
this dress in this pic looks very similar to yours and with the bolero looks beautiful

@bimba - I don't know I think the bolero and the dress in the link you posted work because there's a bit of lace-type detailing on the dress.
I agree with most other that a silk or satin bolero would work much better.
If it's December a satin or lace bolero might not help very much! What about a quality or even brown white faux fur shoulder wrap? I'm just suggesting faux bc I'm a vegetarian familiar with how the real stuff is procured. The difference in texture could be very romantic.
etsy is a good site for boleros. wraporshrug.com is a UK business but she makes a whole lot of boleros and shrug from silk, organaza, faux fur (since its december) and she'll send you samples too to match it up with your dress.
The fitted lace bolero that you picked would look nice! I think a solid satin one would cover you up too much. Your chest line (right term?) is pretty high. Basically, only your face, a little bit of your neck, and hands would show.
A lace bolero would give you the right amount of coverage without completely hiding your beautiful dress.
@star bee...you see, i just dont like satin over satin...i feel like it would cover to much and to me it looks like kinda 80s style..dont get me wrong some of them are pretty, but since her dress is already all satin with no beading i wouldnt go with more satin! i feel like lace would give tot he dressa different vibe.. and then i think lace just look so feminine and romantic, but this is just my point of view...
@beezkneez--totally agree wiht you
@bimba - yeah, I hear you. I just feel like the lace might be too busy....maybe a tulle bolero, but they are a lot harder to find. Although now that ArtstarBee pointed out the wedding is in December, I agree with her that a faux fur wrap might be the way to go.
I don't think lace will go with your dress type. You should get something a bit simpler and you can get a lovely broach or other jewelry to give it a little kick.
@starbee lace can be an awesome choice, but she needs to find the right bolero... that one that she post is not ideal..but i agree that a faux could be more appropriate since it is winter and the total overlook will feel like wonderland...

I REALLY want to wear a lace bolero jacket with my dress, but I don't know if it will look too busy. I need some type of covering because I'm getting married in Dec.
here's the dress:
