Narentzoff:  I would consider going to a tailor and asking them to make you something that works for your dress, as opposed to buying something premade.  I don’t think something like in the pictures you posted would be that difficult.  Also, that way you can match the lace, or at least make sure the two work together.

Narentzoff:  Kitty Chen Couture has add-ins like what you’re looking for – in LOTS of different styles.  It’s pretty easy to make it look like part of the dress by putting invisible snaps on the INSIDE of your dress and the OUTSIDE of the add-in.  Totally do-able!

The one in the picture you posted is the pronovias pergola with matching bolero. The bride has just worn it back to front, so if you could find a little lace bolero you could ask a seamstress to sew it on back to front.
