I am wearing this dress in my wedding, but I still can’t decide on a veil. Would lace be too much? I really wanted a lace dress but fell in love with this one, so I am looking for a way to incorporate the lace.

I think a lace veil would look great with your dress! Etsy has some really great ones!

It would be lovely with your beautiful dress!

A cathedral mantilla veil would flow nicely. I find most of the shorter veils stop at a spot where it interferes with the design of the gown.

@dskinsey10: I have been looking and etsy does have some AMAZING deals!!!
@pengoala: thank you, you’re too sweet!
@Buboys_Gurl: I’m afraid of having the veil compete with the ruffles on the back of the dress, I was thinking more of a fingertip length. I also have the fear of suffocating in a cathedral length haha.
I found two veils on etsy that I like, one is beaded and the other is alencon lace. The beaded one is $90 (which is still a steal but on the high side) and the lace is only $65. I hate that you can only see so much in the pictures.

Honestly, I think it might fight with the dress a little bit. I like the beaded veil a PP posted better.

@pinkfrog: sorry, your comment confused me. are you for the beaded or lace? my sister personnally liked the beaded veil, and I’m leaning towards the lace.
