(Closed) Lack of response from videographer

I know how you feel. my hair and makep person is a total flake when it comes to communication. she gave me bad directions to her studio. when I was lost, I tried to call her three times and she did not pick up, nor did she have voicemail! she rarely responds to my emails. unfortunately, I’ve already given her $250, so I feel locked in.

send your videographer a warning email that says something along the lines of “I am very busy and need to be able to communicate more often with my vendors. if you are unable to respond to my messages in a more prompt manner, I will need to take my business elsewhere.” but maybe word it in a more polite way.

if he does not immediately jump into “good customer service” mode, then I recommend you ditch this guy. if he is bad with responding, then what if he is also bad about listening to your needs?
