Yikes, that does not sound like a good result!  First I would try setting everything with a transluscent powder (try bare minerals) and if you’re still getting the streaking issue, then I would steer clear of cream blush.

Do you use a primer or a setting spray? Those might help. I don’t use cream blushes because I have oily skin. You also might want to use a brush to buff in the blush, which could help avoid the streaks. Now for melting makeup, I had that problem, and I learned to use the smallest amount of foundation necessary. I set it with transluscent powder so I don’t get that cakey look.

You need to use a primer before applying your foundation, some people just put it on their eyes for eyeshadow, but I recommend your whole face. It will make it stay. Transluscent powder helps absorb alot of the oil, so you should try that also.

I would stay away from the cream blushes and agree with the primer… Look into Benefit cosmetics…

I would suggest these ….

When I was at sephora, the woman told me that she just wears this alone because it gives her a nice natural glow….

http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P133173&shouldPaginate=true&categoryId=5333 ( I use this, but there are different shades of their blush)

http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P1281&shouldPaginate=true&categoryId=5333 ( This might be a good product for yout ooo)

You can alway go into a sephora or ulta and ask for a makeup trial to try some of the products!

Hope this helps!

You need a primer and setting spray. I use Urban Decay all nighter for both.

Just for the record, I have very oily skin and I wear both a cream foundation and blush and I do not have any problems with them melting, as long as I wear a setting spray. I use both a setting/blending pressed powder and then spray. No problems. My foundation and cream blush are both my MAC.
