I can't say that I can think of a single song that makes me think of my first love (and he was a sweetie!) but I can think of plenty that remind me of my gross ex, haha. Mostly just songs that we used to listen to together; there aren't any current songs that have lyrics that make me think of him or anything. Thankfully most of those songs are 10-15 years old now and I don't hear them too often!
This is terrible to say, since I was married before this, but I didn't really fall in love until I was 26 with the guy I dated before DH. The song Bubbly by Colbie Caillat reminds of me him. He sang it to me one night when he was hammered.
@juliepants: please list some, heck- I went through some thirty years old!
@mwitter80 : SO the bubble song. Reminds me of one 20 second moment. Granted, it was with someone that wasn't worth it when looking back but yet at the time it was all I ever wanted at that specific moment. These are the kind of memories I don't mind having, they provide the short bits of unintentional happiness inside.
@pinkshoes: OH YES THE NINTIES!!!! Hello dear middle/high school!
I Wanna Know, by Joe was "our song". Even though I've never really been into R&B, this song is actually pretty lovely and was perfect for us at that time in our lives.
As bad as it sounds, "The Bad Touch" by The Bloodhound Gang. My ex used to loooove that song, so every time I hear it, I'm reminded of him. That, or "Don't Forget Me When I'm Gone" by Glass Tiger, and "Apparations" by Matthew Good Band (the first song we danced to at prom).
Don't Wanna Miss A Thing by Aerosmith was the song I've always associated with my high school boyfriend. Only good memories there, though!
"Must Have done something right" by Reliant K was my last and most significant ex's and my song. I can't hardly listen to ANYTHING by them anymore.... he turned out to be much more of a jerk than I knew when we broke up.
None that make me think of my first love but my ex before FI is a singer and there are a couple songs about me so it's not hard for that to bring stuff up! haha
** edit - I saw OP's list and YES "Strawberry Wine" is totally the first love reminder song. How could I forget
@ruby26: Oh my gosh, manfriend just caught me tearing up. Saddest songer ever. He may have laughed on my behalf. Whatever... whoa... forgot about ben affleck. YUM!
I actually had to go look it up because I couldn't remember exactly how it went or the name...now I feel kinda nostalgic for high school after listening to it. 'There Is' by Boxcar Racer is the one that gets me, I remember listening to it on repeat when we were first dating while I talked to him on AIM and thinking that it was perfect. Also, 'Count on Me' by Default. We were both going through super rough times when we got together and were pretty much eachother's rock so they were very appropriate. I wish he had been a jerk, but he wasn't, and it just makes me feel kinda sad and bitchy for how I broke up with him.
Angels Brought Me Here, By Guy Sebastion. It was playing when we had our first kiss and it became "our" song :P
DH is my one and only real love; he makes every other guy I dated look like a passing fancy. But I did have very intoxicating romantic feelings for other guys over the years, and there are two songs from when I was much younger that always take me back.
"Push" by Matchbox 20 always reminds me of the first guy I kissed. He was playing it on his Discman and handed over his headphones so I could listen. It's not the most romantic song, but it still makes me think fondly of him.
The other is "Truly, Madly, Deeply" by Savage Garden. It was pretty much everyone's song in the early years of high school, and I was dating a really sweet guy who was my first serious relationship. I remember slow-dancing with him to that song at every school dance; in the moment I was insatiably happy.
It wasn't my first love, since I know I wasn't inlove, but he was my first real crush and first boyfriend:
Nelly ft. Kelly Rowland - Dilemma Not a really romantic song but it reminds me of this guy.
Avant - My First Love and when I found out he cheated on me and got my best friend pregnant, Usher Confessions part 2
When I think "first love" I think high school romance. Those very strong, ever-changing emotions we experienced as teenagers. I remember being 17 and head-over-heels for a guy in one of my classes. We ended up becoming good friends and then we dated the summer before college in a whirlwind of crazy, youthful adventures and stories I still tell today. Unfortunately the move to college was too much for our ramshackle high school romance and it fell apart. At the time I was devastated, but looking back it just seems like part of the natural process of growing up. I still really treasure those memories and my high school boyfriend and I are still friends.
Anyway, here are some songs that remind me of that time in my life.
Jump, Little Children - "Cathedrals" (http://youtu.be/Wt-2Y2fV6gU)
The Smashing Pumpkins - "1979" (http://youtu.be/4aeETEoNfOg)
Our Lady Peace - "The Wonderful Future" (http://youtu.be/BfehifCGkqM) -- funny that this song reminds me so much of my senior year (2001), considering the name of the song.
I still remember listening to it with him like it was yesterday.
Kiss the Rain - Billie Myer
Never Had A Dream Come True - S Club 7! Hahaha
Also, Fly Me To The Moon - mostly the version that they play for the evangelion ending.
Iiiii am so lame.
Seal's entire "Human Being" album. Ugh, that's embarrassing.
I thought I was the only one! The Dave Matthews version of "In My Life" reminds me of my first love. We were 18/19 when we started dating and were in a LDR (we would only see each other on weekends). We used to spend our evenings chatting on AIM. One day he put the lyric, "There is no one compares with you." in his AIM info. And then one day I heard him listening to this version of "In My Life." That song will always remind me of him... which sucks because I would really like to associate that song with my Fiance... such a beautiful song.
This song takes me back to being 19 years old and totally heartbroken in a college dorm.
It was a bit of a tragic first love.

Gotye - Somebody That I Used To Know (feat. Kimbra)
ETA: this song reminds me of our relationship, not the time of our relationship.

Disclaimer: I love my SO more significantly than I can ever explain. However, I am a romantic at heart, and therefore, every once in a while I fall again deeply for many of the songs I attributed to the boy I first fell in love with. Not the man now, but rather the feelings I used to have.
Now I know you all have yours, share them won't you?
(FYI: 90's country coming up)
