I have a few bands that I stack in various ways with my ering. I posted this for you Since you were thinking of bands on both sides.

My halo ring has diamonds that only go half way around, and my wedding band matches it. I really wanted full eternity bands for both, but decided against it after hearing complaints from a couple friends and my grandma. They all have giant callouses from the diamonds rubbing against the underside of their hands where the ring finger meets the hand. I have a small one from my ring, and the “back half” of mine is just a normal band. Also, if you are very active, the diamonds on the back side tend to fall out more. For example, we like to rock climb, and always forget to leave our rings at home. Mine is OK, but friend has lost several small diamonds on the rock walls. The back of my band is scratched to heck, though. For me, half eternity bands were definitely the right decision.

adrianna.hagan:  I don’t have any photos, as we haven’t picked up my wedding band yet, but I will have a full eternity band as my wedding ring (my e-ring is a cushion cut halo with a full pave band). I have considered getting a second band to go with the other side, but I think I like the delicate look of the single wedding band with my e-ring for now.

I chose just one eternity band. Im pretty traditional and wanted a wedding band to go with my e ring. I love the look of two bands on each aide but I don’t really understand which band would be considered your wedding band, or does it not matter and the whole thing is considered the wedding ring? which is placed on the finger dirin the ceremony? Or are both? Lol. I guess other than for asthetic purpose, I just don’t get it. Maybe Im making it too complicated. 😉

heres mine. I consider mine almoay a full eternity, I did have them leave a small space underneath because although I have had no problem putting my ring back on after having my babies, I worried with age and time, arthritis, etc I would be stuck with a Ron I can’t wear and can’t be sized. I had them leave the space, custom type thing.

adrianna.hagan:  sorry, I just saw your last reply back to me! Here are my pics, and please excuse my massively swollen fingers.

And, I think we may have the same ering…is yours by Scott Key?

Mine are about 3/4 eternity (my wedding band matches the band of my e-ring).  I didn’t want to have full eternity as I’ve heard they can be easily damaged and I wanted the option to resize if needed down the line.  I like the 3/4 eternity because even if the head of my e-ring spins over to the side the diamonds on the band go far enough around that there is no plain metal showing.  My one concern is once I get married if the wedding band will spin all the way around.  If it does I might get those little balls put in the inside of the ring to prevent spinning.  Sorry I don’t have any pictures of the side of the band!

I have 2, 1/2 eternity bands.  They are beautiful, but now I wish that I had gotten full eternity bands b/c of the spinning issue.  I don’t like it when by bands spin and don’t show the diamonds!  At the same time, the 1/2 eternity bands were cheaper, so that’s a plus.

My ring has a quad center stone and a halo around the quad. I also have 2 1/2 eternity bands.
