1. Talk about what her role is, what she's setting up, if you have to get anyone to help, etc.
2. Where will you and groom sit?
3. What time are vendors arriving?
4. Do you have any special requests? (we told our coordinator about our cigar bar)
5. She might want to know what your GM/BM pairs are, who's walking you down the aisle.
6. What songs are playing for recession/processional
7. Details about food?

So tomorro is my last meeting with my venue before my reception. I guess its to finalize everything besides #'s.
It seems soon because its over a month away but we leave in 12 days for our weddingmoom!!!! And then she is on Vacation until almost our reception!
She told me to bring stuff with me but im not really sure what she means by that. I have a list of questions I've been thinking of.
We have menus that will need to be put in napkins is that what she means?
