So I have a last minute addition to my bridal party. My cousin will be my fourth bridesmaid. With less than a week left until the wedding this caused a little issue with the dress. We got the other bridesmaids dresses off of light in the box but it took a month for them to arrive so we knew we couldn’t go that route. We found a dress that looks quite similar at davids bridal the only things that I can see that are really different are that the back doesn’t have a corset like the other girls dresses and that its satin while the other dresses are taffeta. Do you think it’ll make a huge difference?

As long as they’re the same color, I think it will be fine. You can’t sweat the small stuff so much, or you’ll drive yourself crazy!
The only thing I would suggest: If your MOH is the same size as your cousin, you could have your cousin wear the LTB dress and let your MOH choose a different dress. Lots of people let their MOH wear a different dress than the other bridesmaids to set them apart!

I think it’ll be fine! With last min changes like this try not to stress to much about it. We had a saying that we used with any and all problems leading up to the wedding, “It is what it is.” I think you found a great match to go with the other dresses. Most people wouldn’t be so lucky. It’ll be great and your getting married in a week!!!

I thought of switching out the dresses too. Seems like the perfect solution but my MOH is my pregnant sister and my new bridesmaid cousin is a size 2. Oh well. Should I stand her in a certain spot with a different dress?
yeah I feel very lucky we found something even slightly similar this close to the wedding I’m trying to keep calm lol.
