I have 5 months until my wedding. I was making a list of all the things I still need to do and buy. I have the major things covered: flatware, my dress, a caterer, photographer, invitations and RSVPs, all that stuff, but I have this feeling like there are a million things I'm forgetting.

What last minute things did you not think of and have to scramble for or go without?

Did you book the DJ already?

Hotel room block for out of town guests?

Hair/makeup appointments if you're having them?

    Florist?

    Limo?

    Cake?

    Rehearsal dinner?

Sent the bridesmaids their dress info so they can order? (at 5 mo., I would definitely get on this ASAP so they have time to order the dress in and get it altered)

    Your officiant? (i'm assuming haha)

Can anyone tell I'm the crazy planner?  I had a checklist two miles long...lol

Does your dress have buttons, buy a few crocket hooks to help your BM's and your Mum do up your dress, it will save their fingers and will save heaps of time. Oh and make sure you have one in your overnight bag so your husband can get you out of the dress that night.

Do you need a cake stand or is your baker providing one?

I was also scrambling for table numbers.  Not that I forgot, I just waited too long to start making them...
