You could always do an off the rack dress from a department store ala Nordstrom... lots of color choices- just find a dress that they can find at a local Nordstrom?
How long before the wedding is the bridesmaid from Toronto coming into town (I ask that because in Canada there is no Nordstroms, Dillards, or Macy's). Could they find something at BCBG off the rack?
Toronto bridesmaid is coming two days before the wedding. I've been looking at BCBG's website...

Hi bees,
Just thought I would throw this out there in case anybody had any ideas. I'm looking for last-minute matching bridesmaids dresses for under $200. I was only going to have one BM, but have decided to add a friend who finalized her trip at the last minute. The girls live in LA and Toronto. MOH has not bought her dress yet - she was planning to buy something off the rack (apparently at the very last minute). Wedding is in 3 weeks, but MOH will be leaving LA on March 17th.
Any advice? Or should I just forget about having matching BM dresses?
