something cute (and edible) like a cookie hamper or bake something yourself and take it with you
otherwise something cheesy like buying him a song (love song, your song??) via itunes and gifting it to him
@MissHobbit: I'm sure he doesn't expect anything from you, particularly since YOU'RE the one traveling to meet him. He probably considers your visit a gift. Maybe get yourself some new lingerie/a nightgown to wear during your visit and call that your "gift"?
Could you overnite a cupcake in a jar? There are tons of recipes online for them. I think they're cute.

So, SO and I are in an LDR, and I am going to visit him this weekend. We agreed previously that that would be our valentines gift to one another would be one another's company, and perhaps we would go out to a nice dinner over the weekend.
Until now. I just got a call from a floral delivery service needing confirmation of my address because HE'S HAVING FLOWERS DELIVERED TO MY OFFICE TOMORROW!
Now, I feel obligated to get him something, but I have no idea what. All of the good ideas I can think of would have to be ordered online, and I'm leaving Thursday.
