@Soon2BeMrsS:  I’m so proud of you! Drink tons of water to help move out that lactic acid which is making you sore, and stretch, stretch streeeeetch! Take some ibuprofen or antiinflammatories too if you’re super sore. 

Don’t push it too hard tonight, I don’t want you to get hurt 🙂
