My thoughts are with you and your FI! What a horrible situation to go through. Stay strong. He is lucky to have someone by his side who cares and worries about him as much as you do :-)
Oh my goodness!!! You're absolutely right someone was watching over him! Thank heaven's he's in one piece! Before I knew DH he broke his back in a bad car wreck and had to learn to walk again. The thought of it just terrifies me. Just keep holding his hand love, you'll both get through it. Sending lots of love and positive thoughts your way. ((hugs))

I still can't think straight...I feel like a crazy as bat shit lady on steroids...he's like finally up and walking and talking after the medicine coma...i feel so much better now but its still so dream like...I felt like my life was perfect and far too good to be true...hes so so so lucky...the car is crunched up like rolled tin foil...I think giving him that boudoir gift I was planning would be torture for the poor guy now...he has to wear the halo for possibly 4 months...thanks for the prayers
Oh no! Thoughts and prayers go out to you and your fiance. Thank goodness he's okay! I truly believe in guardian angels! Keep us updated on his recovery.

I feel like he's doing so much better...I guess because he's home...he's so depressed though...I love him so much...I'm scared...I'm scared he's gonna trip or fall or move wrong in his sleep...I'm just so so so greatful that he is alive.

He can walk and talk and broke his neck. I'm a complete basket case. I haven't slept...I was scared they gave him too much pain medicine so I just stayed awake to watch him...he doesn't need surgery...I swear, his grandfather was in the car with him watching over him...please send prayers...he should make 100% recovery as long as he doesn't tweak it wrong or anything...I want to wake up from this nightmare.
