That sound very nice and would smell so pretty. We used bird seed to be more earth friendly:)

I think that’s a really great idea! That will smell lovely. ๐Ÿ˜‰ I think I’ll have to consider that one myself… never heard of it, but I can’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work!

I think it sounds like a nice idea, but I would check to see if anyone has allergies before you go ahead with it. I personally have pretty severe allergies to lavender and a few other flowers, as well as a few friends that I know, and I would hate to have some of your guests have to leave after accidentially getting covered in lavender.

It is a cute idea, but just wanted to warn you of a possible issue first. Hopefully none of your guests have allergies like that though!

@pinklemonade12:  +1

Also…. Lavendar assists in sleep, depending how tired you are that day if you get some stuck on you you could end up wanting to sleep earlier. Depending how sensative you are to it it could have a mild or stronger affect on you. And of course on your guests.

@amandasouthcarolina: I’m going to do it in just a few weeks, I’ll write a post about it then! My biggest concern is that it might not toss well – but if that’s the case, it at least smelled nice in the church!

@amandasouthcarolina: Not sure I will be able to help you on the photo part, our wedding is too remote to get a pro photog to the site. I’ll see what I can do though and I’ll definitely write a review! ๐Ÿ™‚

I would love this. I love the smell and think it’s so pretty. However, my sister is very allergic. She’d break out in hives! I wonder how common that is. If it’s at all common, I’d skip it. But if you don’t think this could be a problem for any of your guests, it’d be nice.
