Here’s what we have for our basic itinerary (for the ladies):

9am – bride and BMs go to salon for hair/makeup

10am – moms show up for their hair/makeup

12pm – lunch

1pm – get bride dressed (and the rest of the ladies)

1:30pm – pictures with the ladies

2:30pm – get ready to get married

3pm – get married

3:30pm – family/formal photos

4pm – dinner

6pm – fun photos

8pm – cocktail reception

Sure thing… this is a draft but what I’m thinking so far– sorry it’s pretty detailed… I get made fun of allll the time because of it haha and ps I haven’t talked to the venue so they may have an entirely different plan for dinner and toasts!

9:00am Mom and helpers over to Fox Hill Inn for any set up

10:00am Girls come together and begin to get ready at Fox Hill

10:00am Mom and ME go get make up done while BMs getting hair done

11:30pm Boys begin to get ready at our house.

12:45pm Boys drive over to Fox Hill Inn

1:00pm Sarah & Justin first look photo session then get in as many Bridal Party pics

1:00pm Girls and guys finish up getting ready

2pm Limo picks up boys from Fox Hill to go to Wooster

2:30/2:40pm Limo picks up girls from Fox Hill Inn, Brookfield

3pm Ceremony begins 3:10 Sarah down the aisle

3:40pm Ceremony Ends. Light beverages/fare served after ceremony/Photos with BP/Family

4:40pm Limo takes bridal party to Fox Hill Inn, Brookfield

5pm Cocktail Hour begins upstairs at Fox Hill Inn, Brookfield

6pm Dinner Announced- Guests move downstairs; Sarah change dresses

6:05pm Introductions/Wedding Party Announced

6:10pm Justin and Sarah Announced, First dance

6:10pm First Course Served immediately after dance, Jon announces first course

6: 15pm Dad welcomes guests to the wedding

6:20pm Best man toast

6:25pm Second Course Served

6:40pm Maid of Honor Toast

6:45pm Main entrée served

7:30pm Dancing Begins. Father/Daughter & Mother/Son Dance; Bridal Party dance

9:00pm Cake cutting/dessert/coffee and cordials served

9:30pm Justin and Sarah thank you speech

10pm Reception Ends/ Final farewell– on to AFTER PARTY!!!!

This is how ours went. We had a 4:30 p.m. ceremony and did photos ahead of time. Also, our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were all at the same venue.

9 a.m. – hair and make-up people arrive

9-12:30 – everyone gets ready, has a snack, florist arrives to hand out bouquets/bouts, DOC sets-up ceremony and reception sites, greets other vendors

12:45 – everyone’s dressed, final touch-ups

1 p.m. – first look, everyone heads downstairs

1-1:15 – bride and groom time together

1:15-3:30 – portraits and all photos

3:45 – arrive back  to venue, hang out in “holding room” while guests start to arrive

4:20 – wedding party lines up

4:30 – ceremony starts

5 p.m. – ceremony concludes

5-5:30 – extended family portraits, guests mingle around the grounds, start to head over to cocktail hour

5:30 – photos done, cocktail hour begins, bride and groom make welcome speeches

6:20 – DOC starts to get everyone into reception room

6:30-6:40 – cocktail hour ends, guests take their seats and find tables as champagne is being served

6:45 – first dance

6:50 – toasts while first course is served

7-7:30 – dinner

7:30 – family dances (mother/son, etc)

7:40 – dance floor open!

8-8:15 – bride and groom sneak off for last quick portrait session w/photog

9 p.m. – cake cutting

9:15-9:30 – dessert is served

10:30 – last dance/reception is over

10:30-? after party at hotel bar
