I love Lazaro gowns.  His gowns are pretty much the only gowns I drool over on say yes to the dress.  The starting price for his gowns are 5,000- way beyond what I could afford (my dress was 1,900 and that was way pushing it!).  However, Lazaro is very influential in the fashion world and there are other designers out there that make very Lazaro inspired gowns at a lower price range.

I tried this on in Edmonton, Canada and it is gorgeous! The embroidery is spectacular! The one critique I would have was that the embroidered net (the top layer) ends about 12″ above the floor so it made me look really short! Definitely try it on before you order!

The dress costs $5800 new from the designer.

If you love this dress though I would suggest maybe trying Lazaro 3217 and altering it to be a ballgown instead of a mermaid style? 3320 was my first choice but because of the short top layer, I ended up with an atered 3217 ballgown. Let me know if you want pictures!

Another plus with the 3217 is that you can find this on preowned dress sites, there is not one single 3320 tobe found!
