I have a while until my wedding, however, I’ve been wondering if my dress needs more underneath it to bring its shape better or leave it the way it is in the pic. I did buy a slip for the dress but its a very slim A-line slip and the dress already has some built in, but I would like to get some opinions. Should I get a full A-line slip?

i am all for pouf, but not too much. its a matter of personal taste though i think. i would say its good the way it is….but if you want more of that statement/or princess look. then add more!

I think the volume it has is fine! Otherwise, it will be heavier and bulkier, which I’m sure will get tiring on your wedding day.

We’re dress twins!
I went for the full slip. I felt like it didn’t make a huge difference but it made it poufy enough for me!

I think a bit more pouf would work well with the dress.

I think a tad more poof would be “just right”!

It depends on what look you are trying to achieve. If you want it bigger than you need to get a ball gown slip

I think it will look great with a slip, too, but I voted ‘leave as it is’ because the way it gently slopes out right now is very slimming and gorgeous.

I vote leave it – it looks nice the way it is, and a full slip will be ridiculously heavy and hot – if you want to dance at your reception, I promise you won’t regret the lighter one. 🙂

I think the dress looks beautiful the way it is but I think that adding the full slip would just make me so WOW!

It looks lovely as is. I would be afraid that if you get the bigger slip you’ll be really hot, esp. in early September.

That’s a beautiful dress! I think it looks great now.

I think the shape is gorgeous the way it is. If you do add a slip, make sure it doesn’t make the dress too short!

I love that dress. It’s one of the dresses I’m considering. If I do go with it, I’m going to make it fuller, but that’s just me.
