I thought I had my dress situation all sorted out but in the mail today, I got the floral sash that I ordered ages ago from etsy. I really like it and I'm now wondering if I should have it added to the dress. Did I mention my wedding is on Saturday and I'm hopping on a plane in 48 hours to start the preparations (it's in Paris)?

So bees, can you please let me know if you think it's worth rushing to the seamstress to have it sewn to the dress?

Also, any input on which cardigan to wear would be great. I'm sorry I don't have one of me in the purple cardigan w/ the flower, or one of me in the peach cardigan w/o the flower.

I love it with the flower! But do you have to have it sew on or can you just tie it around your waist?

It's your dress so you need to go with what you think is best/love!

I really like the addition of the flower. I like both of the cardigans but I think I like the purple one just a little bit more. Can you wear the flower without it being sewn on?

OMG yes, I can totally wear the flower w/o it being sewn on! I honestly don't even know why that didn't even occur to me! I think I'm going to go w/ the flower. It just addes that something extra.

I love the flower too, but I don't think you need to have it sewn on. Just tie it on and have fun! Not worth stressing about, especially if you still need to pack!

I agree-add the flower!!! But can you not have to have a seamstress sew it on? Why not just tie it on or pin it?

And I like the pop of color of the purple more than the peach but the peach looks a little fancier-can I ask why do you need a cardigan? Will it be cold or a church wedding? BC your dress is gorgeous and I think its a shame to cover it with a cardigan!

@tiffinapit: It's an outdoor wedding in the evening so I don't think I'll be able to manage w/o some kind of coverup. Plus I loooove the look of a cardigan w/ a wedding dress. I hope I can pull it off like the other brides I've admired. :)

Love the top photo with the flower and the peach cardigan-and I usually would choose purple, but I think it overpowers your delicate dress! So flower & peach!!! Enjoy every minute!!!
