I bought a bunch of paper lanterns for outside night decoration at our toast location, but I am a little concerned about the lighting. I dont think theres many electrical plugs available, so Im thinking LEDs maybe those tap ones. I dont have much time during the day so I need somehting that is not too much labor. I cant find cheap tap (puck) LEDs. Any ideas or sites? Attching a picture of the place.
Thanks so much my fellow bees!

Be careful with the LED’s. The “white” ones actually cast a bluish/purplish light which is not very nice unless purple or blue are your colors. The ones that actually produce a true white light are more expensive.

I followed this tutorial that was posted on here to make my throwies. http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/throwie-tips
and here: http://www.instructables.com/id/LED-Throwies/
I ordered “soft white” LED lights online, not expensive at all, BUT, we made them 2 days in advance w/o a on and off switch & they faded badly, basically they were non- exsistent & overall a waste of money since they faded. I was bummed b/c everything I read said they would be pretty well lit for at least 72 hours up to one week, but not in my case.
However, they did look great when we first made them, so I think they do work well, you just need to make an on & off switch.
