(Closed) led vs. real candles?

    I think it depends on the style of your wedding.

    Blue LEDs in Frosted Glasses I think more modern, sleek wedding.

    Blue candle in clear votives and white candels in blue votives I think can be either beachy or elegant depending on what they are paired with.

    What is your style, and what are your centerpieces?

    ETA:  What are your colors and what shades of blue are you looking at?

    When you say blue LED tealights do you mean the actual “candle” bit? So the flickering light? I just think a blue light would be a bit weird flickering. 

    I do like the idea of white candles in blue votives.

    This is just me but I don’t usually like the look of LED candles

    I did a mockup of this sort of thing myself hoping to be able to use the led’s because of the heat real candles will put off, but I found that after comparing the led light to the glow of a candle it was much weaker and didn’t look anywhere near as romantic as I was going for.
