So, I've recently changed to a job where I often get off work at 7pm, and my husband gets off at 9pm many evenings as well. Frankly, our usually healthy diet has gone to shit... hence the ice cream cake I ended up with tonight because I was just so lazy.
What do you ladies make ahead that you can quickly throw together for those crazy days?
I already premake salad, chicken breast and a big pot of rice on Sundays to eat throughout the week for lunch/dinner, but today it was just NOT appealing.
