BodyCombat is great. As is Body Jam :D Do you also have access to Body Balance? it's great for toning and building your upper body strength. I'm just about to try Sh'Bam and see how that goes.
I think if you want to really just go hard then you should do BodyCombat and BodyAttack, and then some BodyBalance to build upper strength, balance and control. :)
But that's just what I do.

My gym is now offering BodyStep and BodyCombat. I think Bodystep looks so interesting (but hard). Has anyone done either one of those classes? How soon did you see results?
