Hello Date Twin!
I'm actually using bag, borrow or steal, I'm putting in my order later this week to get to me the week after.
Earrings - I think some nice chandelier earrings in silver would match the trim of your dress along with a drop down silver necklace
The other route is always pearls. You can always get a classic pearl necklace with matching earrings somewhere. 1928 is a popular online site or Kohls is pretty inexpensive.
Good luck and I hope that helps!
Have you looked on Etsy.com. They have a lot of unique one of a kind pieces. I say go with the chandelier earings if that was what you first envisioned for jewlery. Also I have been going to a lot of vintage stores looking for something fitting.
If you are looking for some crystal earrings you should check out Swarovski. They have some really nice ones. Here are the ones I ended up getting:
They have a ton of really nice ones on their website. They are also sold at some department stores if there isn't a store close to you.
I am going with those earrings and then a crystal and pearl necklace. Good luck!!
Go to Etsy.com! They have some really beautiful and unique things!
have you looked at carolee's bridal collection? you can find it at many dept stores, or buy on the website.

I have looked at Etsy but maybe I just haven't found the right seller because I can't find any necklace earring sets to match. I found some great earrings on Etsy but no necklace ;-(
I like the idea of the rhinestone chandelier earrings for that dress. But I would probably keep the necklace a little simpler. Your dress is heavily beaded so you want break it up a little vs having a blingy dress, blingy necklace, and blingy earrings.
Chandelier earrings with a simple coordinating pendant or a Y type necklace would be plenty.
Something like these:

What do you think of the necklace that the model is wearing for the dress? Would something like that work?
the earrings would look nice but if you're wearing your hair up and no necklace, it might look a little bare / severe? that's just my opinion. i think chandeliers are a great idea!

Hey everyone - I have been looking and looking for jewelry for my wedding gown and cannot find anything. Problem is, I have less than 2 weeks. Wedding is 9/6/09 and we leave 9/4/09 so I need jewelry before then.
I was originally thinking I would do chandelier earrings but my future mother in law said I should do a necklace and simpler earrings, so I have no idea what to get now. A little curve ball I guess! Eek!
I was wondering if anyone knew where to get nice earring, necklace sets that would look good with my dress? I am not very style savvy and realize some of you might be much more better at this than me!
Or should I just go with earrings? Uggh! I have no idea...I was thinking crystal or rhinestones with some pearls?
THANKS!
