My girls got to pick their own dress in the champagne color range. I pointed them to Asos.com to find their dresses, and gave them a couple options. This was the result!

I originally planned on each girl chosing a dress she liked from Alfred Angelo in Navy; however, they ALL loved this dress.  I was shocked, since I have 8 bridal party members, but hey….whatever makes them happy!  It will be in navy blue.

Here are mine! They are from Davids Bridal Style F15555 Long Strapless Chiffon with Pleated Bodice in the color Petal, which is basically a blush

Heres my maid of honor wearing it:

And here is the photo from the Davids Bridal site where you can kinda see the color a bit better:

@SimplyEuphoric:  I think I lucked out because Champagne is such a neutral color that even if it’s interpreted differently the shades can work together. With Navy I think you have to be careful that some girls don’t get brighter shades than others. I curated a collection of dresses that my girls could pick from (specifically choosing a few dresses for each of them and in a variety of prices). That way you can be sure that the dresses “go” together cohesively. I also tied the girls together making sure that each dress had a belt to create even more cohesion.

If you are a fashion forward type bride (AKA you don’t want the typical bridesmaid looking dress I’d say definitely check out ASOS. I just pulled this collection together that I think looks sensational and very hip!

Dessy dresses

@AnaA: Love those, really like the colour. Looking at those makes me wish I’d gone for short.

@SimplyEuphoric: I had planned on having all of my girls choose a different dress from this Donna Morgan brdial line and all would be wearing “Blush”, however, when we went to try them on the one shoulder “Rhea” dress I have attached looked so nice that I may just decide to have them all wear that one! I have yet to decide.  Here are a few other styles, and a link to the website too 🙂
