Just 38 days left till my name changes to Mrs....
How many days left for the rest of you bees? Is anyone completely done with the planning and just kicking back relaxing? Are any of you bees stressed and/or worried that you won't get anything done on time?
Well, I'm excited I'm getting married and can't wait to go on my honeymoon. But I'm worried I won't get anything done on time... I mean I just barely sent the invitations on Monday....
45 days for me! lots to do! And a lot of it is un wedding related... baby showers, birthdays, graduations.. ugh.
29 days for me!!!!!!!!!!!
We've pretty much finished most things. We still have to put together our programs (only 20 of them) and print our Welcome newsletters. But for the most part everything's finished!
@ Ella1978 I know the feeling and what your saying.... all of these extra expenses before the wedding..when we are trying to save for the wedding and stay focused...
Yup, and TIME.. they all take so much time. We just spent 4 days in and in transit to a wedding in New Orleans this past weekend.. goodbye 1100 dollars, and 4 days of working on wedding stuff.
We are travelling again for my sisters graduation this weekend, and then I will have one FULL weekend to get stuff done after that!!!
52 days here and I am still finishing up but most of the big stuff is done :) still waiting on a few etsy orders, have to finish the programs and make the seating chart
Big stuff done just have reception details like center pieces to finalize..
29 days out. Just finishing little details. Oh, and paying out all the thousands of dollars which, up until recently, were theoretical and are now creating a giant hole in my savings account. Writing those checks is PAINFUL.
I have days 42 left, it seems so unreal! We pretty much have everything done, I'm relieved I didn't do too many DIY projects because I'd probably be a lot more nervous if I had to try to finish them up. There's just a few lose ends to figure out but I'm not worried... right now. We're ridiculously broke and little expenses keep popping up, expenses that I didn't prepare for. So that's not fun to think about. I go from a zen state to a panic pretty quickly, and pretty often. Today, I'm relax. Later tonight could be a different story!
@jennifer - the money is totally wigging me out. And I feel you on little expenses you didn't plan for. Like food. And the electric bill. lol
lol @SweetAdeline- exactly! Its so ridiculous! Or like, my pets wanting food regularly? Come on! But seriously, I literally have to decline any invite for social gatherings. I don't even know what my friends look like anymore! (that might be a bit too dramatic).
I'd have to check theknot.com but it's a little under 50...and I'm procrastinating all the little DIYs (hm, menus, programs, favor tags, anyone?) and details we need to decide (finalize song choices for ceremony and parent dances, that sort of thing.) But other than that, got all the vendors booked, major decisions made!
33 more days... I'm getting so nervous I need to finish planning soon. I hate to do things at the last minute... I don't want to procrastinate on my own wedding...... ....... ..... .......
At least I chose the ceremony music today... One last thing to worry about :)
33 days, ack!!! I feel like there's still lots to do but it's so frustrating bc a lot of it I can't do until the week before the wedding...Boo.
But after a 16 month engagement, I can't believe it's finally so close!
26 days! Yay!! I need to pick up my dress, FI needs to get a suit, print off programs, make cookies (maybe) and put them in little favor boxes and we need to book a wedding night room somewhere. We're having a small group so I haven't decided whether to do assigned seating....if I do, then I'll have to make those too. I'm also still working on a song list, although FI just wants to go with the standard restuarant music the restaurant plays :o(
@ thefuturemrsgibbs @ trailmix - Date twins! I hear both of you! We had a 15 month engagement and I can't believe we're finally so close. I feel like I have a lot of stuff (projects mainly) left to finish up, but it's coming together. But in between now and the wedding we've still got my graduation, moving, 2 baptisms, a wedding, and the bachelor and bachelorette parties! It's gonna fly by!
I'm jealous of everyone who is done or almost done - I feel like I have so much more to do! My countdown is 46 days so I have a bit more time than some of you, but I just can't believe its so soon. My wedding is 3,000 miles away so most of the finalizing can't be done until the week before...
30 days! I have a ton of little things to do, but I've made a lot of progress in the last week and I feel good about it!
We have 38 days... which is really exciting and scary at the same time! I still feel like I have a lot to do (even though I really don't).
25 Days. OH EM GEE.
I need to get decisive answers from the last 15 slackers who haven't officially rsvp'd and do the seating chart. Then:
Engagement Photos the 17th
Bachelorette the 22nd
2nd fitting the 24th
It's suddenly so real.
We practiced dancing last night to our song. I am PETRIFIED. I was embarrassed and it was just the 2 of us in the living room. How do I get over that?
June 5th is coming so fast!
23 days!!!
We just finished our DIY fan programs, but we still need to finish the place cards and menu cards. We are so close ladies!
If I could just get back the 78 RSVP cards I'm waiting on, I'd be sitting pretty. We have our final meeting with the venue & caterer, some final placecards to prepare (again, those damn RSVPs), have to finish the seating chart, and have to send in our final numbers (and again, RSVPs. sigh).
Like SweetAdeline, we are also spending time dancing together in our apartment--in a very tiny kitchen. We have to take a break after the song ends because we get dizzy.
To this day it's 38 days left... I have been taking a small break from everything because the invitations took a lot out of me & drama likes to show up when you least want it. But it's almost here and hopefully the drama will die down and we can live our lives as husband and wife.
32 days!! I should really mail out my invitations. :) Other than that, I just have to finalize music with the band and pick up my dress.
32 days left till my wedding. I'm so proud of my FI and I because we bought our wedding cake today!! I hope 4 tiers is enough to feed everybody or else we are just going to have to buy an other sheet cake but I don't expect that many uninvited guests to show up but you never know..........
25 daysssssss!!! I really can't believe it! I'm super excited/nervous/anxious! 
We already had our final meeting with the venue/caterer. Still have to:
-- Finalize playlist and have final meeting with the DJ
-- Final meeting with florist
-- Print programs
-- Practice dancing! :)
@Vonnegirl: I can't believe you have that many non-responders... that would drive me nuts!
@hmaxwell77: Wow, you still haven't mailed your invites? :)
@hmaxwell77 I had to mail my invitations they said rsvp date 5-10-10 so now I still have some more invitations to send that will be worried the rsvp date was sent. I hope they don't even notice but we'll see....
I'm so excited for all you June brides! We are getting married whether there's a bad economy or not. I don't know about the rest of you'll but I'm living on God's economy....

Time is flying by and fast!
Just 23 days left!!! This is such an exhilarating feeling. I have butterflies in my stomach. I wasn't nervous until now.
17 days (and wedding bee is back!) yup. Only 17 more days.. about 2 and 1/2 more weeks... It's fast approaching... I'm so happy and excited.
I'm going to MAC to do a bridal make up session. Wish me luck. I'm not sure if I'm doing my own make up or getting someone to put it on me. I just want to look beautiful...
16 days left...... yay! Now I just have to try to get some rest and not stress out so much!
