We love desserts - all types - so we knew we wanted something different than the traditional cake.  We came up with a menu of different flavored cake balls from Sweet Cake Balls in the Pensacola, FL area.

Is anyone else doing something like that for their reception?  How did you decide how many to order?  We're having 35-40 guests.

That what we are doing too! We are getting a 3 teir cake and then 3 dozen on platters next to it. They said 2-3 cake balls per person is about average, and we are having about 60 guest. So thats a lot of cake balls!! :) This is what our will kinda look like..Let them eat... cake balls!? : wedding reception cake dessert Cake

Are you doing different flavors? I'd think you'd need one of each flavor per person but probably not more than 3 each.
