An FBI agent, for the gun, the glory, and the badge, obviously.
3. What do you remember about your first ever crush?
His name was Anson.
4. What is the craziest thing you've ever done?
Moved to another state. True story.
5. What "childish" things do you still enjoy as an adult?
the movie "Mulan". Swimming. Waterparks. Goldfish crackers.
6. What are some of your favorite memories with your grandparents?
Sleepovers at my Grandma's house when I was little. She'd have these special little candies every time we went, it was just a party!

1. What do you do differently when no one is watching or around to see you?
I love to sing randomly. In the shower, in the car, where ever. I also sing to our dog and change the lyrics of the songs to make them about her. Yeah - I'm a little strange.
2. What did you dream of becoming when you were younger, and why?
I had so many things I wanted to be when I grew up. I always loved learning about new things so I'd discover something new, get hooked on it, and learn all I could about it. I wanted to be a stay-at-home-mom, a doctor, a genetic engineer, a nurse - and I'm sure there are more than I'm forgetting.
3. What do you remember about your first ever crush?
My first ever crush was on Ryan Meredith in my kindergarten class. He had blonde, curly hair and we chased each other around the playground at recess and I just thought he was the cutest ever.
4. What is the craziest thing you've ever done?
I went streaking once when I was in college. Well - I left my underwear on but besides that, I was running around the block naked. I don't regret doing it, but looking back, it definitely wasn't the smartest decision.
5. What "childish" things do you still enjoy as an adult?
I LOVE going to zoos. I'm pretty sure that once I have kids, I'll get a season pass and take them all the time just because I love it. I also love Disney music and classic Disney movies. I'm buying them all on DVD/BluRay as they are released from the vault so that we have the full set for once DH and I have kids.
6. What are some of your favorite memories with your grandparents (from when you were little)?
My grandpa would also pay all of the grandkids a nickel a nut to clean all of the nuts out of his yard. So we'd be running around with plastic garbage bags picking up every nut we could find and then counting them all out for him. Looking back - such cheap labor for him but we all loved it! Plus then we could take the nickels down to the basement and use them in his nickel slot machine (which my parents now have at their house).
He also had a giant riding lawn mower that he had covered with pictures of all of us and we always loved to sit on the lawn mower and look at the pictures. And he had this goofy clown hanging on the wall that if you pulled at cord, it would laugh. I'm pretty sure we grandkids wore that clown out!

Sometimes, but not usually.
8. Were you named after anyone?
Nope - but my parents were going to name me Michael if I was a boy so I think that is where my middle name of Michelle came from.
9. Do you prefer to wear pants, dresses, or skirts?
Pants - I could live in my jeans.

I chew my nails, and I play with my earings alots
2. What did you dream of becoming when you were younger, and why?
I wanted to be in the Olympics as a synchronized swimmer, I did it for 14 yrs and always wanted to make it, but missed the deadline :-(
3. What do you remember about your first ever crush?
He was geeky looking lol, he had braces, glasses, skinny but was such a great person and was always hanging out with me when no else would.
4. What is the craziest thing you've ever done?
Had sex on top of a parking lot roof, while ppl in the condos next to us where having dinner, hihihi
5. What "childish" things do you still enjoy as an adult?
I love my kids movies, just watched Lion King 3D lol, Hakuna Matata....
6. What are some of your favorite memories with your grandparents (from when you where little)?
My grandfather in Portugal used to sit me on his lap and go through my hair pretending I had lice, he would make the little popping sounds and freaked me out lol

Nope, I have an original name that my sister actually picked out.

I wanted to be a one-hit wonder... hahaha Or a radio dj... I am the latter!

Accidentily yes... My mother being Kathy Sue, and My grandmother being Katherine S, so my mom named me Kymberly Sue, unfortunately my grandfathers mistress's name was Kimberly, we didn't find out til I was 18 or so... explains why she didn't like me very much til I got older...

1. What do you do differently when no one is watching or around to see you? pee with the door open.
2. What did you dream of becoming when you were younger, and why? a dumptruck driver, cause I'd get to pull the horn chain everytime a kid made the signal.
3. What do you remember about your first ever crush? That he has the same first name as FI, and so the first boy i kissed and the last one will have the same name.
4. What is the craziest thing you've ever done? the one that comes to mind first is being in one car and crawling out the window into another car while we were driving. Right out of Footloose.
5. What "childish" things do you still enjoy as an adult? coloring. I love when my nieces come over and we color.
6. What are some of your favorite memories with your grandparents (from when you where little)? My one grandmother used to sneak a 5lb bag of candy into our house when she would visit, cause we weren't allowed to have candy. She would make us hide it under our bed and that way we could take pieces when we wanted. She also used to call me "pet", it's an irish term of endearment.

8. Were you named after anyone? The name of the town that my grandparents came from in Ireland, and my middle name is after the grandmother with the candy.

1. What do you do differently when no one is watching or around to see you? Dress! I look like a complete slob if no one else is around. Like, walking around in underwear with zit cream on. Not a good look.
2. What did you dream of becoming when you were younger, and why? I wanted to be a vet! That quickly changed..I can't deal with animals being in pain!
3. What do you remember about your first ever crush? Hahaha his name was Tom, and I remember I told my older sister and she came to our recess one day and said 'Who's Tom?!' and then when he raised his hand, she told him I liked him. I was mortified. Stupid effing sister.
4. What is the craziest thing you've ever done? One night my friend and I saw these guys with crotch rockets at McDonalds. We each got on one and they took us for a ride. They were going over 100mph on a busy street. It was terrifying. Add in the fact that I'm now isolated with a strange man who could have done god-knows-what with me. It was fun, but totally stupid looking back at it. I don't know if its the 'craziest' thing I've done...but it sticks out!
5. What "childish" things do you still enjoy as an adult? Um, pretty much everything? Food especially! I could survive off of eggos, lunchables, pb&j, ramen, etc. Also, movies!!
1. What do you do differently when no one is watching or around to see you?
I make a lot of weird noises. Its hard to describe. Like DH knows if I say "meep" I want a hug haha
2. What did you dream of becoming when you were younger, and why?
I wanted to be an animator for Disney. I have zero artistic ability.
3. What do you remember about your first ever crush?
He was chubby and his name was Teddy
4. What is the craziest thing you've ever done?
IDK pretty much all of college involved drinking and making really stupid decisions. I once woke up in a bathtub in nothing but a thong.
5. What "childish" things do you still enjoy as an adult?
I love Disney/Pixar movies. Coloring books.
6. What are some of your favorite memories with your grandparents (from when you where little)?
yeah.... none. I got majorly screwed in the grandparent department. Once when I was 7 I had a dream that I was in my (maternal) Gmas house and everything was pink and I was suffocationg. It was totally appropriate.

I remember my nanny (mamaw) giving me my bottle after my mom would leave. (I was like 4 mind you.) hahaha

I wanted to be a vampire.. hehe

He was older.. my 2nd grade teacher. I thought he was so cute..then one day he wore sandals and I saw his hairy legs and got grossed out.

I've skinny-dipped in the Sierra Nevadas

I still like to watch cartoons
6. What are some of your favorite memories with your grandparents (from when you where little)?
Both my maternal and paternal grandparents were neighbors. When I would visit one grandma would feed me and the other one would call me to go eat at her house. I had to eat two meals so that their feelings wouldn't get hurt.

1. What do you do differently when no one is watching or around to see you?
I don't wear a bra. Seriously, I hate bra's. So when I'm alone, I'm not wearing on.
2. What did you dream of becoming when you were younger, and why?
A fireman. My grandpa was a fireman and I idolized him. I wanted to be just like him.
3. What do you remember about your first ever crush?
Everything. His name was George and I was crushing on him from kinder to 6th grade when I moved away. I even remember his accent. (Yay photographic memory?)
4. What is the craziest thing you've ever done?
I've done 15000000 crazy things. I used to take SO many risks, just for the sake of having said I've done it. Bungie jumping, skydiving, base jumping, swimming with sharks, I was nuts before I had kids.
5. What "childish" things do you still enjoy as an adult?
I watch Power Rangers. And Thundercats. And Looney Tunes.
6. What are some of your favorite memories with your grandparents (from when you where little)?
My grandma practically raised me. She taught me how to cook, how to bake, how to ride a horse, how to clean a barn. My grandpa was a master at workworking before the muscular distropy took away the use of his arms, and he taught me how to work with wood. Saws, routers, planers, how to build things. He also taught me the secret to making the best pancakes ever. (My kids vouch for this). They taught me the value of working hard, morals, and values. I am very old fashioned, but I wouldn't have it any other way. This year my grandparents will celebrate 60 years of marriage. I said that was awesome that they'd been happy together that long and they both laughed and my grandma said "I wouldn't call it all happy" and we had a good laugh. They're such great people.

My first name after a long ago far away cousin or something. My two middle names came from each of my grandmothers.

1. What do you do differently when no one is watching or around to see you? i sing often, and loud as if i had a really good singing voice (i dont)
2. What did you dream of becoming when you were younger, and why? i wanted to be a ballerina- i danced for 10 years and loved every second of it
3. What do you remember about your first ever crush? i remember singin with him "i put my hand up on your hip when i dip you dip we dip" while standing in line to play kickball at recess
4. What is the craziest thing you've ever done? hmmm deliver my dog's puppies - not really crazy but a truely amazing experience

What are some of your favorite memories with your grandparents (from when you where little)? gosh, most of my grandparents passed away when i was young... my mom's mom was the only one i really knew and my favorite memories would be going to her beach house in ocean city NJ every summer and begging her to take me to her hair salon to get highlights

Large Animal Vet, I thought it would be a good way to meld my love of learning and horses... however I cannot do needles.
3. What do you remember about your first ever crush?
Yup, some kid in kindergarden. Kyle, I think.
4. What is the craziest thing you've ever done?
Went over a waterfall (ended up with a really bad concussion) and nearly passed out hiking back to the car

6. What are some of your favorite memories with your grandparents (from when you where little)?
My grandmother came into my 2nd grade class when we were learning about different cultures to talk about Norway. We made krumkake and ate anchovies (I think that last bit was my teacher's doing, we usually have pickled herring). I thought I had the coolest grandma ever, she still has the card I made her afterwards. (now I think she's off her rocker)

Jokingly after my rich great aunt, realistically it is similar to my grandmother's name

Kid foods like Mac and Cheese, Push Pops, sandwiches cut to look like shapes... there are many more things, I'm sure.

My grandparents took me to a petting zoo and a pony ride when I was really little. That was awesome.

My middle name is my grandmother's name and my first name is a family last name from a few generations back.

1. What do you do differently when no one is watching or around to see you?
I dance. Lol, like crazy dances. I have to walk through the empty conference room in the back of the office to get to the restroom, so I always dance once I get to where no one can see me. I usually end up making myself laugh really hard at my own goofiness.
2. What did you dream of becoming when you were younger, and why?
The Governor of Kansas. I gave up this dream when I realized I'd have to move to Topeka!
3. What do you remember about your first ever crush?
I was in love with him for.ev.er! My parent's house still has his initials marked all over the place. He's kinda psycho now though :S
4. What is the craziest thing you've ever done?
A guy I had just met asked me to go for a walk with him and his dog at 4am! Then we talked and watched the sun rise. And we never spoke again. (my sister freaked at how I could have been murdered)

Watching "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" :P
6. What are some of your favorite memories with your grandparents (from when you where little)?
I am jealous of FI's awesome grandparents. My dad's parents both died before I was born and my mom's parents have never been very warm people.

If I had shoes with laces, I would probably be lazy and not untie them.

Nope :) I had 3 older siblings, so they got the family names and my name was chosen just because it's pretty!

1. What do you do differently when no one is watching or around to see you? I'm like LGenz - I make little noises, like "sound effects," for simple things like putting on my clothes, filling up my dogs' water dish, checking my email, etc.
2. What did you dream of becoming when you were younger, and why? Children's book author/illustrator because I loved reading and writing. I was not good at drawing but I still thought I could be an illustrator!
3. What do you remember about your first ever crush? His name was Matt and he was the "new kid" in our elementary school. I'm pretty sure that every girl in my grade had a crush on him!
4. What is the craziest thing you've ever done? I've led a pretty non-crazy life so I guess just the usual things that happen when you're drinking with your college friends :)
5. What "childish" things do you still enjoy as an adult? Kids movies! Nemo, Elf, Beauty and the Beast, The Parent Trap, I could go on and on.
6. What are some of your favorite memories with your grandparents (from when you where little)? Baking chocolate chip cookies with my grandma and picking strawberries from my grandpa's garden.

8. Were you named after anyone? No but I do feel like I share my name with half the girls born in 1984 - does that count?
9. Do you prefer to wear pants, dresses, or skirts? I love wearing dresses. I think it's because I'm short and it's a hassle finding pants to fit.

A tightrope walker, and a writer - it seemed exciting and glamorous!

The tie-dye t-shirt that he gave me for my (6th) birthday.

@jo.lee: Where'd you drive to Chicago from? Indy?? That's quite the trip for pizza. But then again, nothing beats a good Chicago deep dish! Yum!

@cherrydoll: That had to be really nice having both sets of grandparents so close though!
@MeAndDubby: I've been skydiving and I really want to go bungee jumping and cage diving with sharks. But oddly enough, I don't really consider those things crazy (for me at least), just fun!
@swanks4tw: Crazy dancing is quite fun. My spontaneous singing is often accompanied with crazy dancing.
@hermitcrab: I know! I find these threads quite fun. It's nice to get to know a bit more about people beyond their wedding dresses, rings, and DIY decor.
1. What do you do differently when no one is watching or around to see you?
I dance, a lot, and sing stupid songs. I also talk to my dog a lot. As if he is a real person.
2. What did you dream of becoming when you were younger, and why?
An Egyptologist! I was obsessed with King Tut.
3. What do you remember about your first ever crush?
He played the saxophone and had orangey-blonde hair. We never spoke in person until senior year of high school, when I realized nearly 4 years of unrequited love was ridiculous - he turned out to be pretty empty-headed.
4. What is the craziest thing you've ever done?
Probably the night I went out bar crawling with a guy friend and he convinced me to scale the side of a building on our campus. When I got up to the 2nd story, I looked in the window and the cleaning staff saw me. I screamed, and the man looking back through the window at me with the vaccuum screamed, too. I climbed back down, and then we hitchhiked with a random group of people back to his apartment. All of the above was very stupid, and I don't act like that anymore, HAHA.
5. What "childish" things do you still enjoy as an adult?
I was a gymnast for a lot of my childhood, and I have been active on an Adult Gymnastics team for about 3 years now. Some people think it is childish to compete in meets wearing a sparkly leotard, but hey, I am in shape and happy, and it is great that I am healthy and strong enough to still participate in the sport that has always had my heart. Age is just a number.
6. What are some of your favorite memories with your grandparents (from when you where little)?
My gram used to make me walk around her huge garden with a bottle of gasoline and hit potato bugs off of her plants into the gas to kill them. I don't kill bugs anymore. Might not be my favorite memory, but it is very unique.
7. Do you untie your shoes when you take them off?
I don't usually wear shoes with ties, but the rule at our house is no shoes on past the front door, except slippers.
8. Were you named after anyone?
Yes, indirectly. My parents didn't know what to name a girl, and one day they were in a bookstore while my mom was pregnant and apparently a beautiful girl walked in and the guy said, "Hey Soy (not my real name, LOL), come over here", and my parents looked at each other and said "If we have a girl, we will name her that girl's name because she is pretty and happy". And that is my name. Mom says I resemble that girl, but I think she is just suffering from warped memory. Although, who knows.
9. Do you prefer to wear pants, dresses, or skirts?
Dresses to work (I have my favorite one on now!), but skirts are nice too. I like pants, but I am picky about pants. I like leggings best, and I put leggings on as soon as I get home!

1. What do you do differently when no one is watching or around to see you?
Hmmm let's see... When I'm studying at home (I'm in nursing school), I talk to myself and pretend I'm teaching the material to someone else. It's kind of embarrassing so I only do it when I'm alone. :)
2. What did you dream of becoming when you were younger, and why?
There were many different things I wanted to be... a vet, actress, model, singer, lawyer, nurse, teacher, private investigator, writer.. it just depended on the day you asked me!
3. What do you remember about your first ever crush?
He had blue eyes and blonde hair.. which is funny because I prefer darker hair now. All of the girls in my school had a crush on him!
4. What is the craziest thing you've ever done?
I ate a grasshopper on a dare when I was younger... can't even believe I'm admitting that. 
5. What "childish" things do you still enjoy as an adult?
Coloring in coloring books, watching kid shows & movies, hmmmm I'm sure I can think of more...
6. What are some of your favorite memories with your grandparents (from when you where little)?
I mostly remember my grandfather on my mom's side who passed (RIP)... he was the best, he used to take my sister and I to an amusement park in the middle of the day just because, he would always take us places and he would make friends wherever he went.. he was just such a great guy. Miss him :(

I let a girlfriend of mine convince me that it was a good idea to drive to East St. Louis to a shady stripclub so she could hang out with some guy she had just met at this bar we were at. Yeah... we got stranded.... in one of the worst parts of the entire country. Then, after seeing someone nearly get shot in the parking lot, the very nice bouncer called a cab for us.

Ball pits! Playgrounds, cartoons, and ice cream sundaes with sprinkles.

I used to spend a few weeks every summer out in the country with my grandma and grandpa. I remember my grandpa teaching me how to trout fish and my grandma teaching me how to cheat at cards. I haven't been able to go fishing since my grandpa passed away almost 3 years ago. :(

I wanted to be a vet. I even took all the right electives to get into the course at uni, because I was DETERMINED I was going to save animals. Unfortunately here in Australia, it's more diffcult to become a vet than it is to become a doctor, so I ended up teaching instead. :)

He was my next door neighbour. He was also very, very cute. We made out during Titanic at the movies. It lasted two months.

My grandpa sold super expensive houseboats and every time we stayed with him he would take us to the docks and let us play inside them. He always made us pancakes for breakfast and took us to McDonalds for happy meals at lunch. My grandma use to show us the barbie clothes she made for my aunts when they were little (she use to make bridal gowns for a high end salon and was a very accomplished seamstress, these clothes were AMAZING) and taught us how to cook. I loved looking through her old photo albums and hearing her wild love stories she had haha. My other grandpa would take us out in the old farm truck and let us drive and herd up the cows for fun, he would always make me biscuits from scratch that he learned how to make during WWII from his time in the Army. ahhh i have tons of great memories!

I've been told I get crazy when I drink multiple times haha. One that sticks out is when I spent a day out on my cousin's boat drinking on a lake. After drinking for hours we climbed up a huge rock, some guy came running through the woods yelling it was private property and we all jumped off. Looking at the same rock while sober I would never jump off, it has a ledge that sticks out which makes it danergous.

I just went to see The Lion King 3D with my boyfriend. I not only sang every song but I was saying the lines along with the movie. I was SO giddy, it was my favorite movie as a kid.

I have SO many with my Grammy who passed away several years ago. Me, my brother and cousins used to sleep over at her house ALLLL the time. She would buy us all the junk food and candy we wanted, pizza for dinner and we would stay up all night watching shows and movies we were way too young for. She completely bought into the theory that grandparent's are there to spoil you rotten.

A veterinarian. I love animals.
