I’m boring, I simply say “My friend” even though we are most definitely not friends.

@MrsRevolutionize:  I usually say my period or “that time of the month,” but my husband and I are fans of the IT Crowd (UK show) and we’ll often use referrences such as “I’ve fallen to the communists.”

I just call it my period.

My FI calls it my end of sentence.

@MrsRevolutionize:  I’ve also traditionally just called it my period, but I’ve recently started (somewhat) joking with friends that I’m going to call it my “diva time” because really that’s what it is.

My period. FI refers to it “that thing” as in “Is that thing still going on?”. He has referred to it as Shark Week in the past but it’s not a constant.

My “woo” to fiancé and friends – i don’t recall why just ” I’m on my woo” but to everyone else I will say ” I’m on my cycle”

I’m old school; I’ve always called it (with friends, lol) “I’m on the rag.”
