I’ve been trying to lose weight and get in shape, and I’ve been working very hard, but sometimes it’s hard to get enough motivation. When that happens I try to tell myself something I heard before:
“I accept myself unconditionally right now.”
Sometimes it helps but sometimes it doesn’t, and when it doesn’t I look at pictures of myself when I was skinnier, hahahah. But I’d love to hear how other people psyche themselves to work out and keep fit! 😀

Someone busier than you is running right now….
My personal favorite because it doesn’t matter how busy you are, you have to make the time to exercise, no excuses! 🙂 I also remind myself that an hour of your day is only, get this, FOUR percent of the day. That is nothing, yet more than enough time for a good work out!
