@Miss2Mrs_Beerlover:  woo! Get it girl. Love fitness support. I am big into juices and protein shakes. Did you buy a juicer? What have you made so far?

Btw- my favorite meal is shredded cabbage, what ever veggies are in the fridge, warm up garbanzo beans and spice (no salt!), chop up an avocado and dress with lemon and flax seed oil.

Filling and delicious!

I’ll add you on MFP! I’m in the process of getting in shape for my Sept wedding. I’ve completely changed my lifestyle. I am now working out 4-5 days a week. I’ve cut out all grains, dairy, legumes and processed foods. I focus on eating all organic fruits, veggies and meats. I feel great and have been losing weight pretty steadily.

Cngrats on the motivation!!! Just stick to it and you will do amazing! Insanity was rough on my knees but since you play vball then u’ll probably be fine! So excited for you!

@Miss2Mrs_Beerlover:  Yeah, I did the same thing, after the third week my ankles and knees were so swollen and hurt that I had to stoo excercise entirely for a good month! Did you have e knee surgery because of insanity?!?! I do p90x right now and I LOVE it! It’s not as much cardio on the regular plan and Tony Horton is amazing but super annoying lol. To get it to work for me I switched the rest day and do an extra plyometrics video instead and I love it! I had lost 10 lbs over the past year due to flu and tummy viruses but I was not toned at all. I started doing p90x, I’ve lost another 5lbs (I’m 5’2 and 115 when I started working out though so I didnt really want to lose weight) but I have toned! I lost 2 ” around my breast but My boobs are still the same bra size and much perkier! Lost 3″ around my waist and gained 1″ around my hips (My butt looks so much better! but front view my hips look slimmer and less bulgy lol). When I first started I could do 7 push ups in a row. Now a month later I can do almost 30!!!! Sorry for the advertisement but I love it so much!!!

@Miss2Mrs_Beerlover:  yum! That juice sounds good! My favorite is apple kale beet! So good!!! Cabbage & carrot is actually really good too. 

I love liquid aminos! I put it on garbanzo beans with lemon and spices… So good! I’m vegan so I eat beans every day πŸ™‚

doing laundry now and waiting for my back to back workout classes πŸ˜‰
