Oh I had about 10. Cost tracking, alcohol estimate, my guest list, his guest list, seating, gift/thank you card manager, addresses, guest breakdown (just for fun with pie charts!), ceremony floorplan… I’m probably forgetting a couple.

@Waitingbee57:  I got married last fall, but counted and had 20. You’re not crazy at all.

I had Budget, guest addresses for the calligrapher, RSVP list (then one tab for my friends, DH’s friends, my parents guests and in-laws guests so I knew who had to follow up on non-RSVP’s), seating, mail merge for seating (we printed our own escort cards and to get the formatting right it had to be in a slightly different order), bridal shower invitees, rehearsal dinner invitees, photography list, vendor contact list, to-do’s checklist, day of schedule, payments made to vendors, flowers (from out our florist sent us), music, gifts for attendants (we had a lot, I had a hard time keeping track), checklist for bathroom baskets and hotel gift bags (same tab), thank you note tracking… you get the idea.

I tracked everything I could think of and liked having it all in one place! 🙂 (I used dropbox too so I always had access to my excel and all my contracts too…)

@Waitingbee57:  he’s lucky you’re so organized and that you track everything! I updated our budget tab everytime I spent money, so I know where you’re coming from…

DH knows better than to mock my wedding spreadsheet though… he too has fancy spreadsheets to track our home and car expenses so I just tease him right back 🙂
