1 carat is such a magical size for a stone. Some people say it's big, some people say it's average, heck I've even heard people say it's small. In my opinion, it is the absolute perfect size. But I know it depends on personal preference and finger size/ratio as well, which leads me to this thread...
Please post your one carat rocks, preferably while on your finger :) I think every stone in nature is beautiful, ao feel free to post anything, but I would especially love to see real diamonds!
Here's mine. Center stone is 1.01 carats. It looks a lot bigger in this picture because it's so close up. I also have very small fingers (3.75 ring size), so it looks pretty big on my finger, but I think it's a great size in person.
Mine is also a tiny bit under (gotta love that price drop just under the 1.xx mark)
My center stone is a carat. It looks different because of the cut (I wear a 4.5)
Mine is also a full carat, .55 on the band. Size 7.5. :)
1 carat center... 1/2 carat on the band and it comes with a matching 1/2 carat wedding band
Mine is 1.00 carat (center stone). It looks a little larger, though, because the table of the stone is abnormally wide. Good work from the future hubs! (shown with my wedding band)
Here is mine! My ring size is a 5.25. The center is 1.08 carats. I love my set and can't wait to wear it all together!!
@CanAmBride: Mine is similar, I'm a ring size 4.25 and I tend to get comments that the stone looks bigger than 1 carat, but I guess that's a good thing :o)

I think my ring size is 5.5, the centerstone is 1.1 carat princess cut, there are .15 around it... I can't believe this is the best picture I have of this ring, its been 9 months and I haven't taken a better one
Mine is 1.01, ring size 4.75.
I get a lot of comments that it looks bigger too, but I think it's also the cut, it's a Hearts on Fire ideal cut.
My center stone is a smidge over a carat, with a ct total weight in the band. I wear a size 8.

GORGEOUS RINGS!!!! My center stone is 1.11 carats....not sure about the side stones....and my ring size is 6.5.
Mine is 1.13, which is much bigger than I ever thought I would have. If we hadn't inherited this stone from FI's grandmother, I imagine we would have gone with moissy or something like that to get the size I wanted that we could afford. I always said my dream diamond is somewhere between 1 and 1.25 carats, so I really lucked out with this lovely.
My ring size is 7.5.
My center stone is 1.08 carats and the 2 side stones and stones on the band total around .65 carats. He had it made and did a fantastic job!!!

My ring is 1.00 Signature Ideal Cut Round Brilliant diamond with a .28 cts on the halo. I wear a size 3.5. I wouldn't change the size of my diamond b/c it's the perfect size for me!

1.02 carats on my 4.5 finger. I <3 it sooo much!
My center stone is a 1ct Princess Cut! Color H Clarity is I1 (I cant see anything wrong tho) its a size 5 : ) Pic is with my wedding band!
