Wow! That is beautiful... Where in Nor Cal is that? Central Valley?
As you can see from my header, I'm getting married in Tahoe at Shinneyboo Cabin Creek Resort.

I'm getting married in Tahoe, too! We're in South Lake at Valhalla, a historic site.

I loved Valhalla! We didn't want are whole family to have to re-locate from the North Lake area to South Lake, and North Lake venues are so much harder to find...

One of the best things about WB, I think, is getting to gush over everyone else's wedding. Like I hadn't even heard about Shineyboo until now, but from your pics I know you are going to have one gorgeous wedding, doctorgirl!
And Miss Chocolate Chip, that church is so beautiful! If you don't mind me asking, where is it located? It looks so quaint and cute!

I am getting married at the Woodruff-Fonatine House in Memphis, Tennessee. It is a home built in 1871 that has been restored and is now run as a museum. The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be in the basement, or club rooms. They are absolutly beautiful with stain glass windows and the original wood.

My venue requires a little bit of imagination to picture it as a reception location. It's a student's coffee pub on university campus that's pretty casual, but we're going to have a fun, informal reception so with some decor it should be great.

Thanks, I love it too :) It is located in Tiburon, California. Its about a 10 minute drive north of San Fran - right over the Golden Gate! Its a teeny tiny church that seats about 100, but 75 comfortably. My fave part is that it overlooks the city skyline!

Here is our church -- I'm so excited about it. One strange thing is that we have to get ready in the back, then walk around the sidewalk to the front. I am hoping it will be neat for everyone to look through the windows to see the bridal party procession beginning.
our reception hall is nice and I hear good things about it - but it is pretty standard, so I won't include a picture.

we're having both the ceremony and the reception at the same location. The ceremony will be outside on the patio and the reception inside in the ballroom.
We are having our ceremony at the Boston Historic State House and reception at the Prudential Building Skywalk. So excited!

Here's my venue. A tiny little tucked away country club. Not exactly what I had first imagined, but I have lots of plans to transform the space and use the outdoor patio (not pictured)!
@Latte: It is the Walter Payton's Roundhouse in Aurora, IL. I don't know if you were able to see the other pics I attached, but the building is an old "roundhouse" where they used to turn around the old trains. It's been converted into a restaurant, brewery and banquet hall. It's soo neat because there is an outside patio in the middle with a gazebo where we'll have our ceremony (weather permiting) it is such a neat place, even with a small Walter Payton museum. For those who don't know, Walter Payton was a famous NFL football player for the Chicago Bears. He passed away from a rare disease in 1999. My FI is super excited about it!
There are some reallly gorgeous venues on here, and so many creative ones!
We're getting married in the White Mountains of NH at the Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa Yay!

This isn't the greatest photo, but here's our ceremony venue:
I love our non traditional venue- SalvageOne. It's an architecture and antiques restoration company. We're hopefully doing the ceremony in the courtyard in back (if the Chicago weather cooperates) and the reception inside. It has 4 floors and amazing pieces. These pictures don't do it justice.

Our Ceremony and reception are at the same place, Bristol Harbour resort in Canadaigua, NY. I love it for the view and the patio, plus the exposed beams give it a rustic feel which we both were excited about!

I fell in love with mine yesterday! Mr. Chocolate Chip and I took an hour and a half drive to check out a possible venue. Needless to say, we will be signing the contracts now! Do you love your venue as well, lets see some pictures bee's!
