@ KB, I'm also using Donitas for my cake! I've never seen her work in person, how does she do?? We're also using Samuels for our tuxes.
she did great! cake was delicious! We did a cake buffet and if you choose to do this also i recommend asking her to pre-slice. My cakes were pretty torn apart at the end of the night
