My 84lb four legged 3 year old is currently snuggled up under the covers on the couch. It’s a rainy day here in Maine and he wants no part of it so he will be napping the day away.
This is him at 8 weeks <3
and this is him grown. We call him our first born. I was on the phone with the breeder when his biological mom’s water broke. It was special. haha ! Love this pupperoni.

@itsmecandie: Awww he’s so handsome! He looks so serious.
Everyone’s probably sick of seeing these, but whatever, I’m like a proud mama! My Bailey. 50lbs of shepherd/chow awesomeness. With the saddest face EVER when she wants something!

Awww. I love the furbabies!!
This is my little furkid, the only picture I have of her on my work computer. Snapped a picture with my cellphone quickly before I ran out the door for work one day.

@misspeanut: Every time I see that first photo of Bailey I want to snuggle the crap out of her!!! She’s such a beautiful dog!!!
I have two cats. Peter (aka Pooh Bear or just plain old Pooh, or snorkel tail) and Glory (aka Glory Be Hallelujah when she’s bad, or more typically, just Bee). They’re the little loves of my life (other than Darling Husband, he’s my big love of my life!).

@misspeanut: awww I love that face !!! Just want to kiss it. Boston has a dad face too. It’s on my phone I will see if I can add it. His dad says he knows how to pull on my heart strings. I say dogs are only with us a short time, compared to our life time, so I don’t ever want him to have one bad day.

I have been wanting to add a kitty to our family my family cat Crunchy passed last year at ripe old age of 17.
He was a great boy.
@LiliKitty She’s beautiful.

@misspeanut: Bailey is adorable!! With those eyes, she’d totally have me wrapped around her paw.
@itsmecandie: Our Husky mix has to be inside during storms too. He spent yesterday at my feet while I was working.
@LiliKitty: Classic kitty pose, love it when they wrap their tails around like that.
@bakerella: Both so cute! Our cat Josie does the upside down look at how cute I am pose too!
@Angkinah: Love her face!
Ok, so here is our menagerie of pets:
Josie is the brown/white tabby, Smoke is the gray kitty. My husband went in to adopt Smoke and came home with Josie as a bonus kitty. Smoke didn’t get re-named, since his name fit so well. Josie was originally named the same name as my husband’s ex-wife-so she had to be re-named!
The husky-mix is Doobie (it was the name the foster family gave him, because they took care of him after he had his back leg amputated-so Doobs is a tri-pod). I wanted to rename him Scooby doo, but husband disagreed. The white dog is our newest addition, she was originally named ‘sweet caroline’, but since she follows me everywhere (and I do mean everywhere) in the house her name is ‘Shadow’. The vet thinks it’s funny/weird that we named a white dog Shadow, but it fits. 🙂
My cat Jazz was put to sleep in February. I still miss her, but we had 17 awesome years together.

@itsmecandie: Thank you. 🙂 As soon as I saw your boy I said “Awww!!!” I just want to hug and cuddle him, although that face says he probably would have wanted otherwise. Sounds like he had a wonderful life to have lived to 17. What a handsome one.

We took our 6 year old maltese to a Lakewood Blueclaws (single-A affiliates of Phillies) game on Saturday afternoon. It was Bark in the Park day so it was super fun and relaxing for all of us.
This last picture is one that I took with my iPhone. She fell asleep in my arms after a long day at the ballpark!

@Angkinah: other than fellow german shorthairs Boston loves boxers. He thinks they are fun. He was unsure how to play with them at first since he was biting their feet and they were trying to punch his nose haha. too cute for words.

The gray kitty is Harley. We just adopted him on Friday. He is such a sweetie and a snuggler! He is sick and going to the vet today :0( The torbie is Jazzy. I’ve had her for almost a year. She’s silly, sweet, and bitchy. She does what she wants to do, when she wants to do it…typical girl! lol. She is finally warming up to her brother.
