Mine was a "black and white theme" and everyone wore black and white cocktail dresses! I got the honor of wearing the sexy white cocktail dress!
And of course, a few extras like a tiara, a feathery veil, some sunglasses and of course, a whistle (they made me wear it! ugh). I felt a little silly, but some Absolut took care of that!
Oh and some obnoxious sparkly earrings and necklace, lol. And i had hot pink fuscia heels on a la my bridal portrait here

Ok um I LOVE that dress! Seriously smokin' hot. Yours too, ESJ! I love going out dancing, so hopefully for my bach. party we'll do something similar to yours. Dinner at a nice place and then dancing the night away. I'm not sure if I want to go the LWD (Little White Dress) look or another sassy glam look. I have some time to think about it :) Stay at home b-parties are fine for some girls, but not this one, that's for SURE.
Ooooh I like the black and white idea. I agree, that white dress is smokin hot! Me and my 2 bridesmaids are flying up to San Francisco and meeting up with my 3rd BM (who lives there) for a fun weekend. We'll probably do 1 night of the 'theme' then just go out for the other night we are there.
I love both those dresses!! SO hot!!
My Bachelorette party is this saturday and I am so excited for it! We are having dinner and drinks at a "spy" (007) themed bar. We are not really dressing in dresses or anything - but we are trying to dress like a "sexy spy"... well I am wearing skinny shiny pants with cute high heels with a halter top. While this party is not really themed we are trying to play up some sassy outfits!
I just HAD to have this dress once i put it on. I got it at Cache. Mom said it was classic so it was worth the money (eeeek). I did get it dry cleaned (i spilled a beer a little bit) and no problems! it all came out.
I had a CRAZY bachelorette party. The "adult" kind, haha! We had the "cops" come and everything. My mom hung out with us all night, too! She's cool like that. And i wouldn't have had it any other way. I didn't want "low key" i wanted fun! Seriously, I had so much fun with my girls going to the melting pot for dessert (they treat you like royalty when it's a bachelorette party!) and we went dancing and everything. I liked wearing cocktail dresses instead of the matching t-shirts the other b-parties wore. Cocktail dresses are so much hotter!!! =]
Cute dresses! I get dressed up like that when I go out on a normal friday night ( um yes I am always waaaay overdresses) FI is always like "we are just going out to dinner for god's sake!" LOL. SO anyway since I'm always in dresses I thought cute short shorts with tube socks and tank tops that say "bridesmaid" or whatever would be cute for everyone to wear.

I have no clue what were going to do. My MOH knows I am not a 'party girl' so hopefully we can do a dinner then a night out - but not toooooo crazy ha ha. but I doubt that will happen.

Ejs - My rehersal dress is from Cache - my FMIL bought it for me when I was in Phoenix (the in laws have a house there) I love it! - we dont have a cache in Canada (I dont think) It was very sweet. we were waiting for the FFIL and FI for dinner and she was like oh just try on some dresses to pass the time. This one dress caught my eye and I tried it on, she loved it on me, by the time I had put my clothes back on she had already paid for it!
They have way cute stuff. My friend calls it the Cougar Store. You have to admit, SOME of it IS very cougar-lady like, lol. But then they have like, prom stuff in there. Totally random. That's so nice of her to buy you a dress! Especially from there cuz it's not a cheap place at all! Very generous and sweet. She obvoiusly thought it was great on you!
My bach party is in 1 1/2 weeks (june 27) and I plan on wearing this dress I just got from White House Black Market:

FOR MINE WE'RE HAVING DINNER AT A DOWNTOWN RESTAURANT WITH A PRIVATE UPSTAIRS LOFT APARTMENT STYLE DESIGNATED DINING AREA FOR JUST OUR GROUP! WE'RE GOING TO DINE AND SIP ON COSMOS AND COCKTAILS BEFORE HEADING OUT FOR A NIGHT ON THE TOWN (AND MY LAST WEEKEND AS A SINGLE GAL)
