I am really concerned about my bouquet. I really want a white bouquet but for whatever reason I get the impression that my mom and flower lady are pushing for color. I like color but I guess I just have a specific picture in my mind as to what I want. My dress is the watters Austin gown made out of silk organza. Its a romantic gown and really flowly. Therefor, I wanted a romantic bouquet, with, for lack of a better word, fat flowers haha. If I had a form fitting dress I would stick with cala lilies but I dont. I would love to see what other Bees are choosing for their bouquets. Below is what I love!!!! Just FYI my wedding is also in the fall.
I am doing a hot pink calla lilly bouquet!

Go with what you love!
I love the look of a bride in a white dress with a white bouquet!
Here is what I did. Still lots of green so it showed up well against my dress.

Sorry this is what I had in mind... Couldnt upload the darn thing at first :)
Thosre are either peonies or garden roses. They are gorgeous! You should get whatever you want!
I have a lot of work in the front of my dress that I didn't want to hide so I saw this bouquet of all orchids and fell in love.

Here's mine. They're made with bake in the oven clay and dried french lavendar. I couldn't be prouder. (Yeah, they're being held by beer bottles at the moment)
White is classic, will never look trendy, or go out of style
@qtcork You know, I'm not sure!!! The florist had this bouquet on his brochure & she fell in love with it! Here's another shot of it, and the bridesmaid's bouquets: (Which BTW, the color wasn't exactly as she expected, and she is still disappointed about :-(
I am doing a bouquet of white and plum mini calla lilies. It is going to be pretty thick. This is my inspiration.

Aww she has nothing to be disapointed about! Love those dresses too! For the bridesmaids I am doing green hydrangea bouquets which i am a little worried about as well. I dont want the green to be that lime green that most hydrangeas are jut bc it will be October and they are wearing deep purple dresses.

Was also thinking about incorporating the hydrangea with my ranunculus for mind
I am also having a white bouquet! Well, I am using Vendela roses, which are pretty creamy-pink, and white lisianthus. Here is my inspiration picture (this has sweet peas - I will use the lisianthus instead because sweet peas would just wilt away in September... if I could even find them).
I was torn. My bridesmaids dresses were cornflower blue. I looked at tons of bouquets til I found one that was me. White roses and blue delphiniums. I got it preserved afterward and it's now in our master. I couldn't bear to throw it out or let them die.

this is my inspiration bouquet -- although i want to add some dusty miller in there, too.
Here is the inspiration for my bouquet. It will have a large red/orange sunflower in the middle though.

I love the picasso calla lily but because of the time of the year we are having our wedding people are making it impossible (without paying a huge chunk) to get.
but i am in love with this bouquet
I LOVE the way mostly white bouquets look too. It's so timeless! Here's one of the inspiration pics I gave the florist.
I say, if you have always wanted a white bouquet you should definitely go for it!
Here's my inspiration bouquet! The roses will be Black Magic roses instead of red. And will have the Stephanotis flowers as well! I love it!

My bridesmaids, flower girl (I have 2 so one of them has a mini bouquet) and the corsages will have ivory roses with some green fern in them, same with the guys' boutonnieres. Mine is a lot like the first photo but with darker red roses, same with my fiance's
Mine had a lot of color, but I had considered doing an all white bouquet with peonies or garden roses; I think they are beautiful! This was my inspiration when I thought I was doing white (don't remember the source, oops!):

This is what I ended up doing, pretty much as far away from that as you can get:

I definitely think that dark colors make a white dress pop. I absolutely loved my daughter's bouquet.
here's mine made from ribbon. I'll be wearing a white lacey gown with a black and silver brocade underbust corset.

Mine is lavander roses and white mini callas. This is a mock up of my bouquet...my real bouquet will be bigger.
@septcabride: I totally stole this picture for inspiration!
@MissChirpie: What are those full pink flowers?
Mine will be similar to the first picture except the stephanotis will be white gerbera minis instead. My girls are getting white gerbera daisies, very similar to the second picture.
Here is mine :) from a side view...
I love the look of a white bridal bouquet as well...if you want it, I say go for it!
heres mine, only my colors will be pinks and purples

Mine will have yellow roses, white gerbera daisies. and yellow button mums. My inspiration bouquet was Mrs. French Bulldog.
