Im not pregnant and dont plan on becoming so any time soon, and I still applaud this list who heartedly!  It drives me nuts when i hear women say stupid things like, “oh, how long were you trying? were you ever trying or was is just a happy accident”  or the worst, touching someone elses stomach.  like in the grocery store.  i want to punch them, or in the least, follow them aroudn the store about 3 inches away from them and invade their personal space and see how they like it.

Haha!!! I just sent this to one of my pregnant friends — it’s great 🙂 I’m sure I will appreciate so much more when I’m pregnant… I can only imagine!

#4 especially kills me. I keep telling FI that down the road when we have children, anybody who puts an unsolicited hand on my belly is going to lose it.

As one who has been pregnant before, and want to be again, YES!!!  AGREED!!!!  LOVE it!!!

It should be printed and handed out as greeting cards to everyone who approaches a pregnant woman!

Haha some of these things I don’t mind but seriously my body and all it’s shape shifting ways is commented on, even by people I don’t know, unless the person is ‘oh honey you look fabulous’, don’t comment on my shape.  Someone said this to me the other day and I just was grinning ear to ear for like an hour and I realized it was the first time in several months that someone (besides my husband) had made a comment on how I looked that didn’t include some weird change they noticed (yes even if you’re flattering my big knockers I still feel self conscious knowing that random people are gauging their growth).

I loved this!  I would also like to see one for women with children who interact with their non-parent friends.

This is cute-but as a first time pregnant person I can honestly say that you really cant know how being pregnant is until you are actually pregnant, so I’ve cut people some slack. yes-they are REALLY annoying and most of the attention is not wanted, but I think people do not mean to offend.

Actually, the more annoying people are the ones who already have kids and say stupid things like “Be sure to catch up on your sleep now.-you won’t be sleeping for the next 18 years. Hehehehe” Like I’m going to be able to say “Oh, remember that nap I took in January? let me just pull that out and use it today”. =/
