I don't know think they are in NJ or NY but I used Farfalla Wedding and loved how mine turned out. I think they have 20% off until the end of the month as well. www.farfallawedding.com they also have a blog with random wedding info but I can't remember the exact address, I think it's linked from their main site.
Someone else on the boards recommended Coeur Noir in Brooklyn. I contacted them for information - very responsive and sent out samples straight away. We're going with another letterpress company in CA, but it may be worth it for you to check out.
Can someone recommend a reasonably priced letterpress studio in NJ or NY?
