These invitations have been H3LL to do, but I’m very happy with the end results. To make a long story short, our original invitation vendor sucked and we had to find a new provider last minute. For about the same price as what the original vendor quoted we were able to get letterpressed invitations and inserts with inner and outer envelopes from Reaves Engravings. These guys were awesome and even included the metal plates which are a neat keepsake. I got the mats and pocket folds from Cards & Pockets. They conveniently failed to tell me some things were on backorder, but with overnight shipping and making a PITA of myself, I get them in quickly. Then with several hours of assembly, envelope printing problems, etc it was a real pain. But they’re done and sent, Hopefully guests will start receiving them over the next few days! I can’t wait to start getting our RSVP’s back.
For those interested in this style, the pocketfolds are Signature style in Gold Leaf, the mats are Rose Quartz color. The letterpress was done on Crane Lettra paper in soft white. Hope our guests like these since they were such a headache. Also hope that they convey that our wedding will be formal, and our French romance theme. Our colors are ivory, gold and soft pink.
