I forgot to mention - I tried on the size 12 and it fit the hips fine - would only need to take in the chest/waist. Unfortunately the size 12 is unavailable...
I wont be any help - but i have this same issue!
I ordered a sz 10 of a Lazaro gown from a lady in another state. There is no Lazaro gowns in the state i live in, and the regular priced gowns are over $4000. So i didnt want to pass this up!
I got the dress and it doesnt zip :( It fits fine on my hips/waist area but not my bust - the top 3-4 inches wont close!
Ive started eating better and working out, along with using herbalife and hope to lose inches and pounds as many of my friends have on herbalife but i am so nervous that i wont get smaller in my boobs or ribcage area!
By looking at the dress - i cant figure out if theres any room for it to be let out. I hope you find an answer - but if you think you fit into a 10 on top i feel confident that youll get smaller!

I am for sure a size 10 on top, a size 8 in the middle and a size 12 hips... there is a sample available for the dress I love in a size 10 (this store is not located near me, however so I can't try it on).
I am eating healthy, exercising and plan to lose 10-15 lbs before the wedding and I think that the 10 will probably fit OK once I trim down a bit. I am pretty disciplined with this stuff and am conifdent I will be successful to this goal...
BUT, if worse came to worse, there is an inch or so of seam that could potentially be let out. Have any of you purchased a dress that is snug and had it let out? I'm trying to convince myself to buy the dress but need some opinions from people who have done this.
