Okay, so I am about to have a breakdown. However, that is nothing new, I always stress every detail. I don’t think I have committed to anything about my wedding yet (excet the man…)
I am looking for somewhere to have my wedding in Lexington, KY. My budget is VERY small with a guest list of 75 people or less. The venue have to rent for less than 1200.00. I would prefer a location that will allow outside catering.
My theme is rustic elegance and will be held late October 2012.

@MrsMcAngues: I don’t know any thing about price or anything, but here are a few places some friends of mine got married in Lexington:
Shaker Village (very pretty outdoor!)
Headley Whitney museum (my friend got married outside, but I’m not sure if they have indoor options)
Hunt Morgan house (gorgeous!)
And I know you can get married at the UK arboretum, for a decent price. In the last couple years they did a lot of renovations to it, so it looks very pretty!
Asbury university. This was nice, but they don’t allow alcohol, incase that is a deal breaker for you!
I’ll let you know if I think of anything else! Good luck!

We booked The Bell House on Sayre for June. They have a pretty lawn that we considered having the ceremony…inside is nice..wood floors, three rooms, huge kitchen..they are also fairly cheap. Look at Lex parks and recs. Also you can stop by, someone is there Mon through Fri until 4. It’s used as a senior citizens center during the week.
