I copied you the reference range from my lab report. Since you are in Canada I would think the units are the same. I guess it is hard to tell what your levels mean since you don’t know where you are in your cycle.

Here in BC you can sign up with ehealth.ca if you get your blood drawn. This allows you to get a copy of your lab results uploaded to an online platform where you have access to. It might be worth checking if ON has the same.

FSH – Normal ranges are (in U/L)

2-11 in Follicular Phase; 5-34 Midcycle; 1-8 Luteal Phase ; 28-133 Postmenopausal

LH – Normal ranges are (in U/L)

1-10 in Follicular Phase, 18-49 Midcycle, 1-11 Luteal, 30-73 Postmenopausal

Estradiol – Normal ranges are (in pmol/L)

Less than 130 in Prepubertal Phase , less than 607 in Follicular Phase, 315-1828 during Midcycle, 161-744 in Luteal Phase, Less than 202 Postmenopausal.

I think I read somewhere that the ratio of LH:FSH is higher than 1 it can be an indicator for PCOS. But I’m not sure if this is only applicable for day 3 bloodwork.

Another thing my RE mentioned is that a high Estradiol level can suppress your FSH levels. That is why you always want to check both at the same time.

This one is also a pretty good site. It explains all the different levels and hormones. Be careful with the units though.

Hope this helps a little bit.

@redsmarties:  You’re most welcome! Yes, break is treating me very nicely 😉 I can go a few hours without thinking about ttc/babies and all that stuff which is actually really refreshing. Hope you are doing good as well and that all this new information will bring you a huge step closer to your dream.

I was good on all of those but had a low AMH.  I am now pregnant so it all worked out but if might be something else you wanna check. I have also heard AFC is the best indicator
