We spent the first 2 weeks of October in Italy for our honeymoon.   So, we came home a few weeks ago.   Now that the wedding has come and gone, life seems a little strange.   I don't have this nagging feeling over my head anymore.   We both have gone back to work and we are back in our regular routines.   I wish I could say it feels great, but it feels more empty.

Does anyone else feel this emptiness or am I crazy?

Yeah, I know what you mean.  After the wedding is over and the honeymoon, it's back to real life.  It sort of feels the same as it did before, no one 'oooing and ahhhing' over you anymore, you are just a married couple now.  All I can really suggest is trying to get out and enjoy spending time with your friends and new husband and not worrying about planning things!

I surely felt like that, but then we moved onto nesting and that filled up our lives quite a bit!  I have to say, though, we went to a wedding today and it felt sad to be passing the newlywed title off to our cousin and his new wife.  It made me want to get married all over again, lol.

I feel the same way.  Also felt overwhelmed with all the stuff to do- health insurance (done), getting him moved in (done, but still lots of boxes), getting new furniture (not done), name changed (not done), thank yous (partially done), getting the wedding stuff away (mostly done), returns (not done), wedding album (not done), combining finances (not done), etc.  And getting used to being married and having to discuss most decisions, moving in together...lots of stress without much fanfare.  You're not alone!
