I just realized that if something ever happened to me DH wouldn't know where anything was (insurance cards/policies, medical history etc) so I looked on amazon and found this http://www.amazon.com/Life-doc-Your-Life-Buttoned-Up/dp/0976922207

I think it's a great idea, however I have a big binder/dividers etc and can do it myself ($30 seems like a lot for a binder that I already own) if I had a sort of template with information. I know I could eventually make once but I'd much rather just see if there is a template available.

Has anyone ever seen anything like this to download for free? If so can you let me know where? Thanks!!

Hm. that is really interesting and probably really useful to have around the house.

I'd be interested in a free template too. $30 does seem like a lot when making something like that is so easy...

I know right! DH said no way we were spending $30 on a binder and I agree.

Any bees have a template or know where to get one?
