So funny, we got rid of cable a couple of months ago and I miss the Lifetime movies SO MUCH. I loved it all!

I watch them all the time. Especially when DH is out of town on business and my friends are busy!

When we had cable I used to occasional watch them, and they were usually crappy…but good crappy, like a bad addiction.

Those things can be dangerous.  You can waste a whole day when they play them back-to-back haha

Yes! Love them! And totally agree on anything with Tori Spelling! It’s really bad at Christmas time. I’ll literally spend a whole weekend watching cheesy Lifetime Xmas movies!

Yes! When we had cable I would get sucked in watching their movies lol. Then again since I was in high school I would get sucked in their movies during summer break lol

My favorite so far is Selling Innocence; it’s about a teenager who gets sucked into “modeling” for an underage porn peddler.

There was another movie that was kind of a cheesier version of the movie Thirteen, but I can’t remember the name. I was in highschool when it came out and I remember all the girls in my class were excited to see it lol.

Edit: the second movie is called Odd Girl Out! I think i’m going to see if I can watch or download it now

My favorite lifetime movie is ‘She’s Too Young.’ It’s about a bunch of teenagers who get syphilis … and the main character is an especially stupid girl who says things like “wow, it’s kind of hot” after getting into a hot tub.

Did I mention that I love unintentionally funny movies?

@MrsPom:  I don’t know, maybe. The main girl starts out as a dumpy, plain-looking teenager on the debate team pushing for school dress codes until she gets scouted by a supposed modeling agency and he slowly tricks her into doing soft porn and going online for live chats. Then one of her obsessed fans starts stalking her and sending her scary messages through her her “modeling portfolio”

There’s one scene where he forces the girls to dress up in costumes and meet their creepy pedo admirers at a “party” but other than that scene, they don’t actually go out with the men or outright prostitute themselves.
